All accepted abstracts will be included into the book of abstracts included on this website.

Award publication:

In case I am awarded a poster price or lecture award I agree that my name, affiliation, poster or lecture title along with a photo of mine will be published on the Workshop's website and in printed publications authored by the MGMS-DS e.V., which intend to inform the scientific public about the conference. I am aware that my consent is a necessary prerequisite for being eligible for any MGMS-DS e.V. award.

Photo publishing:

I am aware that pictures may be taken during the event (group photo, award ceremony, impressions, etc.) and I agree that they may be published on the MMWS website, as well as in publications about the event. If I don't want to be published on pictures, I inform the responsible persons and avoid to be present on official pictures.
